Acorns Children's Hospice are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the creation and delivery of creative and engaging marketing and communications campaigns. This role is offered on a 12-month temporary contract to cover maternity leave.

About the Role

At Acorns Children’s Hospice we offer a network of specialist palliative nursing care and support for local children and their families. We are there wherever and whenever they need us, in the hospice, community and at home. Our services include short breaks for children at our hospices, therapeutic and psychosocial support, support for siblings and other family members, emergency and end of life care and bereavement support.

As Marketing Coordinator, you will: 

  • Support the scoping, planning and delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns
  • Contribute creative ideas and practical solutions for marketing campaigns
  • Generate compelling content to fulfil marketing briefs and communications activity including e-marketing
  • Support the planning and coordination of photography shoots
  • Support the management of third-party suppliers to secure cost-effective print quotations

About You

  • Experience supporting marketing and communications campaigns across print and digital channels
  • Strong copywriting and proof-reading experience
  • Experience of working with a variety of online and offline marketing communications tools
